This includes own products and representations of foreign companies. The product lines consist of natural self-care products (phyto-therapy), natural food supplements and specialized skin care. Santesa B.V. is familiar with its end users as well as the distribution channel that serves it, and has optimized its organization accordingly.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Starting point: Quality in care<\/strong><br \/>\nSince its inception, Santesa has operated on the principle that its products and services must add value for users and for the professionals who work with them. This principle translates into the combination of: <\/p>\n<p><strong>The quality of the product portfolio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attention to customers and relationships<\/p>\n<p>The way employees work together as a team<\/p>\n<p><strong>History<\/strong><br \/>\nIn 1982, Santesa decided to market self-care products. This was in response to changing regulations on medications. The government&#8217;s attitude toward self-medication became more flexible. To guarantee professional service and knowledge to customers, specialists in therapeutic subfields were hired.   <\/p>\n<p>In 2004, Santesa acquired the operations of Indros. With this, Santesa expanded its self-care assortment.
