Norbert Koopen has long worked as a Marketing Manager in the Telecom, Financial and Public sectors. Always looking for how to answer customer needs. There, he also learned to uncover the hidden potential of employees and, as a result, developed powerful and learning teams. As an expeditionary climber, he learned about leadership, navigating difficult circumstances, about what it takes to constantly find your path anew. <\/p>\n

Now he owns and works as a coach and trainer at KoopenBakker Coaching & Training<\/a>. He specializes in unraveling behavioral patterns in people and teams, contributing to feeling freer, calmer, more powerful in what you do and experiencing deep satisfaction in it.
