Purpose is about your purpose, about meaning, about something you want to contribute to. Doing work that gives you satisfaction and means something to others. What that \u201csomething\u201d is, is different for everyone and very personal. You do not necessarily have to work for a social organization. You can experience meaning and purpose in any organization and in any position. The most power arises when your personal purpose overlaps with the meaning of your organization or the brand you represent. <\/p>\n

This knowledge session will be delivered by Norbert Koopen. People who have participated in a session with him before know that he can really set something in motion in a short period of time. We dare to give a guarantee of food for thought. <\/p>\n

Norbert Koopen previously learned to uncover the hidden potential of employees as a Marketing Manager. As an expedition climber, he learned about leadership, navigating difficult circumstances, about what it takes to keep finding your path.
