Je brengt structuur in uiteenlopende projecten, vertaalt complexe onderwerpen naar heldere en aansprekende communicatie en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor interne stakeholders. Daarbij bewaak je de merkconsistentie en zorg je voor een professionele uitvoering van communicatie- en campagneactiviteiten.<\/p>\n<p>Je rapporteert aan de Marketing Manager Brand en werkt nauw samen met collega&#8217;s van Productmanagement, Digital, Design, Sales en Customer Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat ga je doen?:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten, productintroducties en campagnes succesvol worden uitgerold. Met heldere communicatie, een sterke regierol en intensieve samenwerking met interne stakeholders vertaal je de merkstrategie naar communicatie die klanten informeert, activeert en verbindt.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ontwikkelen en realiseren van communicatie- en campagneplannen.<\/li>\n<li>Leiden van communicatie rondom projectlanceringen en productintroducties.<\/li>\n<li>Ontwikkelen van doelgroepstrategie\u00ebn, kernboodschappen en content.<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u00ebren en co\u00f6rdineren van communicatiemiddelen op websites, e-mailcampagnes, presentaties, brochures, video&#8217;s, perscommunicatie en evenementen.<\/li>\n<li>Adviseren van stakeholders over merk-, marketing- en communicatievraagstukken.<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00f6rdineren van briefing- en debriefingssessies en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete voorstellen en acties<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en merkconsistentie binnen verschillende projecten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over jou:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je bent een zelfstandige brand- en communicatieprofessional die zich snel thuis voelt binnen een organisatie. Je neemt initiatief, houdt overzicht en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende projecten en stakeholders. Je voelt je prettig in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving en weet idee\u00ebn om te zetten in concrete resultaten.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast beschik je over:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HBO\/WO werk- en denkniveau.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring als Communicatieadviseur, Brand Manager of Marketing-communicatieprofessional.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met projectmatig werken en het co\u00f6rdineren van communicatieprojecten.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke schrijfvaardigheid in het Nederlands.<\/li>\n<li>Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met productintroducties, campagnes en contentontwikkeling.<\/li>\n<li>Een proactieve, zelfstandige en hands-on werkhouding.<\/li>\n<li>Affiniteit met de agrarische sector is een pr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interesse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ben jij een ervaren brand- en communicatieprofessional die op korte termijn beschikbaar is en energie krijgt van campagnes, productintroducties en stakeholdermanagement?
