About us
Our story begins in the mid-1990s, at a kitchen table in North Brabant. We have since grown from two to seventy-five passionate professionals. Our vision of โ€œthinking better, differently, together and inclusivelyโ€ gives meaning to strategy, realization and development assignments.

Twenty-five years ago P2 started
Twenty-five years ago, consultancy mainly meant giving advice; others were then responsible for implementation. For Robertjan Zonneveld, founder of P2, it was only logical to offer the one as well as the other.
And so to write the business case for his client, the Twente Waste Incineration Plant (AVI), as well as to take responsibility for its realization. In order to make the assignment correct โ€œfrom head to tailโ€. Together with a few other enthusiastic professionals who shared his vision, he laid the foundation for P2: the combination of process and project management.

The P2 manpower
โ€œYou are a unique organization,โ€ we often hear from our clients and new colleagues. A nice compliment. We think that this is because we do what we like and what we are good at. Many P2 people have worked for large companies, government organizations and NGOs.

All of them great jobs, but with no room to choose the tasks that really excite you. And it is precisely this passion, the ability to commit to a task from start to finish, that brings people to P2. From intrinsic commitment we give meaning to the task. It typifies our culture, in which social involvement, personal development, togetherness and learning from each other are the common thread.

The P2 Ambition
The drive to learn and realize is in our genes. That’s why we work together on our own โ€œdots on the horizonโ€: participating in and realizing sustainable multi-partner assignments.

But also the development of innovative organizational forms and the creation of original business opportunities. To this end, we explore new markets, connect with knowledge institutes, develop tools and look outside the box with innovation partners. We are convinced that โ€œideas workโ€ and we help make them a reality.
