About Spa: Natural since 1583
In 1583, Spa water began to be bottled and the first bottles were exported. Spa’s natural mineral water was already famous then.
From all over the world, wealthy people came to the town of Spa to experience the beneficial effects of the water for themselves. Not only for drinking, but also for bathing.
Tsar Peter the Great, Victor Hugo and Belgium’s Queen Marie-Henriรซtte were regular guests at Spa. One of our waters was even named after Queen Marie-Henriรซtte for a long time. Spa Marie-Henriรซtte, our naturally fizzy water.
Pierrot
Everyone knows him. Our pierrot.
He has been the symbol of Spa for many years.
In 1923, a design competition was held. This design was won by a French artist. To this day, the pierrot is the logo on all our bottles. Doesn’t that make you happy?
