On May 15, 1998, 25 years ago today, I started WerfSelect in my attic room. I would never have dared to dream that we would be able to count the top in marketing, communication and sales as part of our network. That many innovative A-brand companies and also organizations with a beautiful social mission would become our clients. That we would make thousands of PastPrecies matches. That so many long-term successful collaborations (and even marriages!) would come out of this.

I believed in partnerships, in transparency, in delivering more than is expected
. And that the right person in the right place can make the difference between growth or decline. After 25 years, that DNA is still the foundation
of WerfSelect.

In those 25 years, a lot of people have made WerfSelect what it has become. Unfortunately, there is no space here to thank everyone who is entitled to do so. That is why I will stick to a summary:

• First of all, all the clients and candidates who put their trust in us. It was and is a pleasure to work with you.
• all colleagues and partners who are and have been putting their shoulders under WerfSelect for longer or shorter periods of time.
• Our ambassadors who recommended us and thought along with us. And who helped organize all the knowledge sessions.

-> To celebrate our 25th anniversary, the current team is donating to Emma at Work. They guide young people with a physical condition to an independent future. A cause that we feel very strongly about.
