Methodology

We start with a comprehensive intake with the client, which not only addresses the current need but also the umbrella: what is the dot on the horizon that the company is working towards, how can the new employee start to make a difference, what is the culture within the company, what does the existing team look like, etc.

We then search for suitable, available candidates within our large network and beyond. We also engage in an extensive interview with them. After all, only 10% of an employee's success is determined by what is on the CV. The other 10% has to do with personal qualities. So we discuss this extensively, as well as the candidate's motivation.

No doubt you have many desires for the new candidate to be recruited. What is feasible in today's scarce job market will have to prove. We will gladly work with the optimal picture initially. If after 4 weeks it turns out that it is not feasible, we will discuss what has or has not turned out to be possible and continue the search with a tightened profile.
