TMA Talent Analysis
The TMA Method is based on positive psychology. It is not an assessment but a development tool and provides insight into motives, talents and competencies and how to use them. CASE Erasmus University
Recently we had the opportunity to supervise a talent development program at Erasmus University Rotterdam. They were wondering what is needed to be future-proof as a marketing team and to (continue to) lead as an international university. After all, with all the rapid developments nowadays, it is good to reflect on the competencies that need to be developed for a successful future. Every employee was allowed to do the TMA analysis, including a conversation to interpret the results. This was followed by a talent interview about wishes for the future and the support needed to achieve this. The program gave many employees valuable insights and was experienced by the employees as welcome attention to their personal development. A nice bonus, especially in these times. The next step in the process will be to discuss with the teams how to make optimal use of all talents, now and in the future.
