Retrospective 2016

2016 was a fantastic year for us. In the interim field, the trend continued of being allowed to provide more and more additional expertise to what the existing team has in house. Furthermore, we continued to grow nicely in executive search, resulting in many happy candidates and clients.

  • We were again privileged to work with great companies such as Hak, Aviko, Bolton, SNS, Bovag, Van Geloven, Bolletje, Yakult, Santesa, Brocacef and BSN Medical.
  • At several existing clients, such as Hilton Meats Zaandam, Senz and Velux, for example, we were given the opportunity to think with the entire commercial team and provide both interim, permanent and consulting solutions.
  • Several customers from the somewhat distant past, such as Grolsch, deOleo and Spadel, for example, managed to find us again.
  • We were allowed to serve several new, growing clients such as Profile, Codrico, Adapcare, LegionellaDossier, BBNC publishers and Imago mediabuilders.
  • We launched a fresh new website for which we received many compliments.
  • We celebrated that Helma has been with us for 15 years and is the face to our interim candidates.
  • We welcomed Dennis, Corrie and Judith as new colleagues
  • So we moved internally to a larger office space with a beautiful view of the monastery pond.
  • 20 valued associates thought with us on how to take Topmarketeers Network to the next level.
  • Hetty, Jan-Willem, Remy and Willem helped us to actually shape this.
  • As a result, we had 9 highly rated sessions that inspired hundreds of people
  • Unfortunately, we also have not yet been able to help very good candidates get that one special challenge. We hope to change that in 2017!
  • And beyond that, we have a fantastic TMN program lined up for 2017 that you’ll hear more about soon.

I could have done worse as an office dog, because there is a park and forest near the monastery. During the lunch walk I coach the team based on my motto “from relaxation the best results are achieved. And afterwards I lounge under the conference table again.
