Based in Ede, we work every day on our ECD, Pluriform Care. The Electronic Client Dossier that really helps the healthcare professional, that is easy to use while maintaining the depth that practice demands.

Driven by attention to care, we continue where others stop. Both in the ECD and in our services. Besides knowledge of our ECD, we also have in-depth knowledge of healthcare. So we understand like no other how to unburden care.

We develop our ECD in the Netherlands and in close cooperation with our customers. Twice a year we come out with a new release, in which each modification is an extension of the standard.

Adapcare is a partner of Pluriform Software, a software provider that has been building enterprise-wide information systems for more than 450 companies in various industries since 1985. The strength of our ECD, comes from Pluriform’s future-proof and flexible engine. Based on this technology, we continuously improve the standard.
