Leadership: consciously managing your own behavior and that of others

On this afternoon Norbert Koopen will take you into the world of behavior, influence and leadership. How do you lead and understand effectively? How do you look at yourself and others? How do you recognize your automatisms and patterns? What effect do you have on the other person? What factors play a role and which ones do you influence? But also how does the environment and the “other” influence you?

Awareness of your own behavior and the other person’s behavior, but especially what drives that behavior, increases your learning ability and your leadership skills, allowing you to achieve your goals and results more easily.

You gain insight into the factors, but experience firsthand what your challenges are in them.

This session can take place safely because it takes place outside in the beautiful gardens and park of the Lieve Vrouw ter Eem monastery, where WerfSelect is also located. The number of places is limited to a small group and we keep 1.5 meters distance from each other. Should the weather not cooperate, a safe alternative is available on an indoor balcony or in a large hall.

The speaker

Norbert Koopen has long worked as a Marketing Manager in the Telecom, Financial and Public sectors. Always looking for how to answer customer needs. There, he also learned to uncover the hidden potential of employees and, as a result, developed powerful and learning teams. As an expeditionary climber, he learned about leadership, navigating difficult circumstances, about what it takes to constantly find your path anew.

Now he owns and works as a coach and trainer at KoopenBakker Coaching & Training. He specializes in unraveling automatisms and patterns in people and teams and contributes to feeling freer, calmer, more powerful in what you do and experiencing deep satisfaction in it.
