Purpose marketing is a concept of the last decade. Whereas in the past you were primarily concerned with positioning your product, today the question of how can you give meaning to your customer and the world also comes up? And the most powerful way is when your personal meaning or goals overlap with the meaning of your organization or the brand you represent. But what is your meaning? How do you find it? And what – systemic – factors influence how to achieve it in an organization?

Norbert Koopen shows you the underlying principles at play in finding meaning and how they can be realized in an organization. And he explains that in realizing these principles, resistance is a wonderful signal that calls for attention and nurturing.

This session can take place safely because it takes place outside in the beautiful gardens and park of the Lieve Vrouw ter Eem monastery, where WerfSelect is also located. The number of places is limited to a small group and we keep 1.5 meters distance from each other. Should the weather not cooperate, a safe alternative is available on an indoor balcony or in a large hall.

Norbert Koopen has long worked as a Marketing Manager in the Telecom, Financial and Public sectors. Always looking for how to answer customer needs. There, he also learned to uncover the hidden potential of employees and, as a result, developed powerful and learning teams. As an expeditionary climber, he learned about leadership, navigating difficult circumstances, about what it takes to constantly find your path anew.

Now he owns and works as a coach and trainer at KoopenBakker Coaching & Training. He specializes in unraveling automatisms and patterns in people and teams and contributes to feeling freer, calmer, more powerful in what you do and experiencing deep satisfaction in it.
