The speaker
Norbert Koopen has long worked as a Marketing Manager in the Telecom, Financial and Public sectors. Always looking for how to respond to customer needs. There, he also learned to uncover the hidden potential of employees and, as a result, developed powerful and learning teams. As an expeditionary climber, he learned about leadership, navigating difficult circumstances, about what it takes to constantly find your path.
Now he owns and works as a coach and trainer at KoopenBakker Coaching & Training. He specializes in unraveling behavioral patterns in people and teams, helping you feel freer, calmer and more powerful in what you do and experience deep satisfaction in it. And if you don’t know, he helps you discover what you would really like.
