Purpose training

In this 5-day training, the goal is to take a step forward in your personal and business development as an interim professional by becoming more aware of your behavior and communication. What do you have to learn as an interim professional at this point in your career? How do you gain more control over your interim career? How do you exercise more influence? And how can you coach others even better on their skills, behavior and communication? In this way you will get even more satisfaction from your work.

Trainer and dates

Norbert Koopen has already provided regular sessions for WerfSelect. With his background in marketing, he understands the environment in which you work. As a trainer and personal coach, he is the right person to take you further in terms of personal and business development. Of course, the contact with your fellow interim managers who also participate in the training is also valuable.
